Dr. Fred graduated Chiropractic school in 1987 from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. Early in his education he discovered the principle and philosophy of Chiropractic and believed that an optimally functioning spine and nervous system is the foundation of optimal health and healing. Based on that philosophy he embarked on a mission and purpose to discover how to deliver spinal correction to align the principle and philosophy with a system that can help patients and eventually the world understand the importance of proper spinal health as a significant avenue to attain your optimal potential. His goal has always been to change the consciousness of the general public toward more effective, natural and less invasive avenues to cure disease and achieve optimal health. He sees Chiropractic care as one of those major avenues.
He began in a clinic in Newport Beach, Ca then moved to Wilmington, North Carolina then to Bellevue and Kirkland, Wa. His passion and determination to educate and influence the people in his community and beyond allowed him to start each of these practices from scratch and build each clinic to see over 150 per day, with his largest practice being in Washington of over 200 per day in relatively short time frames.
Throughout his journey he remained committed to finding the best, most effective system to changing and correcting spinal structure and proving it on post x-ray. He was introduced to Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP) in 1990 second hand through a management group and implemented parts of that system. He began seeing predictable structural changes on post x-ray, which was the system he used throughout his practice career. In 2000 he found The Pettibon System which he learned from Dr. Burl Pettibon. He included some of the Pettibon rehab into his existing protocol and again saw predictable correction on post x-ray.
In 2001 his passion expanded to helping the profession and doctors discover methods for spinal correction. His desire was to train them in a system of patient management that can help them deliver spinal correction to a larger percentage of patients, as well as help doctors teach their patients the value and lifestyle of the benefits of a healthy spine and nervous system. He sold his practice and began working with The Pettibon System, learned spinal correction from Dr. Pettibon personally and started his own one-on-one coaching group helping doctors build corrective care, rehab-based practices.
He knew his one-on-one system could not help enough doctors or make a big enough impression to change the profession so a few years later he and his partners formed Elite Coaching, the practice management system uniquely specializing in corrective care, rehab practices.
Since the inception of Elite Coaching, he continues to work with Pettibon System doctors, he has gone back to study CBP in depth as well as work with CBP doctors. He has created an office flow, patient management system that is superior and directly applies to all corrective care practices. He is an instructor working with Disc-Ease, a company teaching doctors how to use Spinal Rejuvenation Therapy™ (SRT) to accelerate spinal correction and practice expansion.
Elite Coaching has now created a wave of momentum bringing predictable spinal correction using the most effective systems available in the profession today and helping doctors build unprecedented value for their service.
Today, Dr. Fred lives in Gig harbor, Wa., the headquarters for Elite Coaching. He lives with his son, Chase, whom he was blessed to adopt from his late wife. They live a happy and spiritually based life with purpose and intention to bring positive influence to the people around them.

Dr. Shan D. Hager’s
Dr. Shan graduated from Parker College with his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 2003. He then moved to Longmont, Colorado in April of 2003 where he started Answers! Discover Health TM - his current practice. Answers! Discover Health TM is dedicated to looking beyond symptoms and is avid about finding the true source of patient’s health problems. In addition to the chiropractic basics, Dr. Shan has and continues to devote hundreds of hours to the study of chiropractic neurology, pediatrics, individualized nutritional programs and spinal correction.
Dr. Shan has received his Certification in Chiropractic Clinical Neurology (C.C.C.N). This certification warrants that he has completed an accredited course of graduate study and clinical work in the care and treatment of neurological conditions. He also continues with the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies for his Neurology Diplomat. Through these studies he is kept current on many cutting edge neurological treatment protocols for a wide variety of conditions.
Many hours studying pediatrics has given him an insight of the crucial timeline that children face in growth and development from utero, birth, infants, and toddlers through to adolescents. He has been able to understand the signs of improper development and how to help children correct these developmental delays for lasting results.
He continues to pursue interests in Nutrition and its role in providing for optimal health from the inside-out. While furthering his education in the field of nutrition and continually looking for ways to integrate this with chiropractic, neurology, and pediatrics he has created a healthy balanced lifestyle program. This is a complete 15 week lifestyle program which is prescribed to patients. This program has achieved phenomenal corrective results with patients that suffer from high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes/metabolic syndrome, ‘too many medications syndrome’, just to name a few.
In 2005 Dr. Shan was searching for a spinal corrective model to complete his system for patient care when he was invited to attend an Elite Coaching seminar. When he heard Dr. Fred speak about Pettibon, a spinal corrective system that revolves around the neurological components of the body, he set his pursuits in that direction. He joined Elite as a lifetime member and attended the Denver Pettibon series. In one month of the seminars his practice had fully integrated the Pettibon Technique. From that point forward he has been successfully delivering unprecedented long term results to his patients.
He has been successfully fulfilling his mission to find answers and give patients an opportunity for correcting their health problems and is driven to have other doctors fulfill theirs. He is known for the type of programs he prescribes and his ability to communicate these programs to his patients. His purpose is to change the healthcare industry by not only treating patients but also by teaching, coaching and inspiring other doctors to achieve their optimal potential. This can all be accomplished through the proven systems of Elite Coaching and Dr. Shan’s unique perspective and clinical expertise.
Dr. Shan is a Colorado native. He not only works hard, he plays hard too! He and his wife enjoy many outdoor activities such as rock climbing, hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, horseback riding, rodeo and going on mission trips to help others in need.
Dr. Scott Frogley, DC, CCEP
"Dr. Scott" Frogley is a 1994 graduate of Palmer College of
Chiropractic in Iowa. Upon graduating Dr. Scott practiced for one year
in his father's clinic in Davenport where he also completed a year-long
training course to become a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician
(CCEP).
Relocating his family to Salt Lake City, Utah, Dr. Scott spent two
seasons with the University of Utah football team as one of the team
chiropractors. In 1997, he opened his own private practice, Frogley Health & Wellness, in South Jordan, Utah. Later joined by his brother, Dr. Cory Frogley, they opened a second location in Centerville, Utah.
Dr. Scott comes from a large family of chiropractors, beginning with
his father, Dr. H. Ronald Frogley, He learned first hand about the
benefits of chiropractic care through his mother's experience. While
suffering from a severe scoliosis, she managed to bear two children
before being told by doctors that having more could prove fatal as a
result. But with the help of chiropractic, she happily welcomed eight
more children€including Dr. Scott. He has truly come to have a personal
appreciation for chiropractic as without it, he literally would not be
here.
Dr. Scott completed a four-month study with the San Diego Spine
Institute specializing in soft tissue injuries that occur from
automobile accidents. He has also given strict focus on advanced
training in the area of spinal correction and utilizes the Pettibon
System in his practice. Through a unique combination of chiropractic
and physical therapy he is able to restore the natural curves to the
spine, while strengthening and healing the supporting structures to
create a more permanent correction.
Dr. Scott currently resides in South Jordan with his wife Jenny and their four children.
Dr. Cory M. Frogley, DC, CCEP
“Dr. Cory” Frogley did his undergraduate work at BYU, received his
Bachelor of Science degree, and completed his Doctorate of Chiropractic
at Palmer Chiropractic College in Iowa in 2000. Following graduation,
he practiced with his brother, Dr. Scott Frogley at Frogley Health
& Wellness in South Jordan. After a very successful practice
experience, he opened an office in Centerville.
Dr. Cory has
completed extensive training in advanced spinal rehabilitation and is a
Certified Chiropractic Extremity Physician (CCEP). He is also fully
trained in the Pettibon™ System and specializes in scoliosis
correction. Like Dr. Wersland and Dr. Scott, he also has several years
of experience with professional athletes.
Coming from a large
family of chiropractors, beginning with his father, Dr. H. Ronald
Frogley, Dr. Cory learned first hand about the benefits of chiropractic
care. His mother, while suffering from a severe scoliosis, managed to
bear two children before being told by doctors that having more could
prove fatal as a result. But with the help of chiropractic, she happily
welcomed eight more children--the last being Dr. Cory. He has truly
come to appreciate and tout the statement that without chiropractic, he
literally would not be here.
While running his practice in
Centerville, Dr. Cory felt a strong desire to create an opportunity to
provide Utahns with the best that chiropractic had to offer. As a
result, he personally interviewed and pre-screened hundreds of
chiropractors throughout the state, and united a large group of only
the best to serve as part of a network called 1-888-TryMyChiro.
Dr. Cory currently resides in Fruit Heights with his wife Melissa and their two children.
Dr. Kirk R. Wersland, DC, CCEP
Excelling in sports as a youth, Dr. Wersland developed a keen
interest in how the human body worked. This led him to the University
of Utah and a BS degree in Human Biology. He continued his education at
the Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California, where
he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic.
During his time in San
Jose, Dr. Wersland had the opportunity to work with both professional
and collegiate athletes, from teams like the San Francisco 49ers and
the Giants, the Oakland Raiders, and numerous athletes at Stanford
University. This extensive training in sports injuries, athletic
enhancement, and personal nutritional assessments for elite athletes,
provided valuable experience for his chiropractic career.
Dr.
Wersland has continued his post-graduate work in different chiropractic
techniques including training in ChiroMuscle Activation Techniques (an
advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedure for defining muscular
weaknesses and imbalances in the body) as well as the Pettibon System
(which empowers patients to overcome their determined weaknesses).

his genuine concern for his patients' well-being and his passion about
helping people make better choices in healthcare, Dr. Wersland has
become a popular speaker and educator throughout Utah, including a
television appearance and the host his own radio sports program.
